I was really looking forward to getting this urn for my mom; it was stylish, graceful, and just fabulous, much like her. But when it arrived, I was let down to find that the lid didn’t fit right. When I mentioned this issue, they offered to either remake it or give me a complete refund. I felt fortunate that they made this tough situation way simpler.

"Truly Unique ❤️"
I can't say enough good things about Paul and his crew. After my mum passed away a month back, I came across this beautiful ceramic urn from Urns for Angels, and I was smitten. We were on a tight timeline since we needed to bring mum back to Spain. Paul ensured that the urn was crafted and shipped the very next day, so we had it ready for our journey. The urn is incredibly special and feels way more like 'mum' compared to what the funeral home had. It would’ve been great to have some kind of personalization—like a decal on the bottom or a message inside the lid. But aside from that, I give it a solid 5 stars!

I gotta say, I was kinda hesitant about shelling out that much for my mom’s urn, but once it showed up, I figured I had no reason to fret. It was packed up really nicely, and the urn is just stunning. I'm super happy with what I got and would totally recommend it.
